FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

These answers cover how our New York dispatch team and New Orleans affiliate operators handle reservations, billing, and service requests.

How is pricing calculated for New Orleans chauffeur service?

Pricing depends on vehicle class, distance, wait time, and the time of day. Airport transfers from MSY or Lakefront Airport are quoted based on the destination neighborhood. Hourly charter is billed at a fixed rate per hour with a minimum. We confirm every rate in writing before you book. There are no surge fees or hidden charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or modify a reservation up to twenty-four hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations inside the twenty-four hour window may be charged the full trip rate or a minimum cancellation fee. No-shows are billed at the full fare. Corporate accounts receive a separate written policy.

Do you track flights for airport transfers?

Yes. We monitor commercial flight status for all MSY arrivals. If your flight is early or delayed, we adjust the chauffeur arrival time at no extra cost. For private aviation at Lakefront Airport, we coordinate directly with the FBO. You do not need to call unless your flight is canceled.

Is meet-and-greet service included at the airport?

Meet-and-greet is available at MSY for an additional fee. The chauffeur meets you inside the terminal near baggage claim with a sign. Curbside pickup is included as the standard option for most airport transfers. For Lakefront Airport private terminals, the chauffeur meets you at the FBO lobby or agreed curb.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Child safety seats are available by request when you book. We offer forward-facing seats and booster seats for children of appropriate age and size. Infant rear-facing seats may require advance notice depending on the affiliate operator. Please include the child age and weight in your reservation notes so we can prepare correctly.

Is gratuity included in the fare?

Gratuity is not automatically added to standard rides. You may tip the chauffeur in cash or request that gratuity be added to your corporate invoice. For most business accounts, we keep fares itemized and let travelers tip at their discretion. Group and event contracts may include a service charge if agreed in advance.

How do corporate accounts work?

Corporate accounts receive consolidated weekly or monthly invoices with trip details, pickup and drop-off addresses, and costs. We assign a dedicated account manager from our New York dispatch team. You can book by email, phone, or through our online portal. Payment terms are agreed during account setup.

What areas do you cover around New Orleans?

We serve all eight listed neighborhoods: the French Quarter, Central Business District, Garden District, Uptown, Warehouse District, Metairie, Lakeview, and Mid-City. We also cover MSY, Lakefront Airport, the Port of New Orleans, and regional trips to Baton Rouge or the Northshore. Contact us if your destination is outside these zones.

What vehicle types are available?

Our affiliate network offers black sedans, executive SUVs, and Mercedes Sprinter vans. Sedans work for one to three passengers with luggage. SUVs accommodate up to six passengers and more baggage. Sprinter vans are ideal for groups of eleven to fourteen. Vehicle availability depends on the date and time of your ride.

Can I book a ride for someone else?

Yes. You can book a ride for a colleague, client, or family member. Please provide the passenger name, mobile number, pickup location, and any special instructions. We send the passenger a confirmation text with the chauffeur name and vehicle details. The billing contact remains separate from the traveler.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

Every affiliate operator in our network carries the required commercial insurance and employs licensed chauffeurs. Vehicles are inspected regularly and maintained to corporate standards. Our dispatch team reviews operator credentials before adding them to the network. We also monitor service quality through ride feedback and dispatch audits.

How do I get a quote for a large event or convention?

Email your event dates, expected passenger count, and route details to our New York dispatch team. We quote convention shuttles, Sprinter van service, and multi-day contracts with an itemized breakdown. Early booking is recommended during Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, and major convention weeks. We will respond within one business day.
