What Corporate Transportation Covers

Corporate transportation covers executive sedan and SUV service for meetings, roadshows, airport transfers, and daily staff movements. We handle single rides, multi-stop itineraries, and recurring accounts for businesses that need reliable ground transportation. Larger groups can reserve sprinter vans or coaches for team events. Our dispatch team coordinates every trip through vetted local affiliate operators in New Orleans.

Who Uses Corporate Transportation in New Orleans

Law firms along Poydras Street and Canal Street use the service for client meetings and courthouse runs. Energy, maritime, and insurance companies downtown book sedans for executives and visiting partners. Healthcare administrators at Ochsner, Tulane Medical Center, and University Medical Center reserve rides for board meetings and recruitment trips. The service is busiest during Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, and major conventions at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Where We Operate and When

We cover the Central Business District, Warehouse District, Uptown, Metairie, and the Northshore. Service is available by reservation twenty-four hours a day, though consistent vehicle class is easiest to guarantee with advance booking. Poydras Street is the spine of the city's central business district and home to many high-rise office towers. Interstate 10, U.S. 90 Business, and the Pontchartrain Expressway are the main corridors connecting downtown to the airport and suburbs. Rush-hour traffic on Poydras Street and the Crescent City Connection can slow afternoon departures.

How Pricing Works

Point-to-point sedan rides within the Central Business District are from $130. Airport transfers from MSY to downtown are from a written flat rate, and Metairie is from a written flat rate. Hourly as-directed sedan service is from $130 with a three-hour minimum. SUVs, sprinter vans, and full-day roadshows cost more. Volume accounts and recurring contracts may qualify for discounted rates.

An Honest Limitation

We do not equip every sedan with in-vehicle Wi-Fi, so executives needing guaranteed connectivity should request it when booking. Vehicle makes and models can vary slightly between affiliate operators. Last-minute changes during Mardi Gras parade closures or severe weather may require extra time or a revised route.

How a corporate account runs

Most companies start with a single trip and then ask for an account once travel becomes regular. The account holds the billing details, preferred vehicle classes and standing ride notes for each traveler, so an assistant can book an airport run or a day of meetings without re-entering the same instructions. Trips are itemized with pickup and drop-off addresses, and invoices are consolidated weekly or monthly as agreed during setup.

  • Named travelers with their own notes: preferred vehicle, meeting point, quiet ride.
  • Bookings by the traveler, an assistant or a travel manager.
  • One reservation per trip, reviewed by dispatch before the travel date.

What a working day in New Orleans looks like

A typical roadshow day starts at a hotel on Canal Street or Poydras Street, moves between office towers in the Central Business District, breaks for a client lunch in the Warehouse District and ends with a run to MSY for an evening flight. Legal teams often need the federal courthouse on Poydras Street in the morning and the criminal courts at Tulane Avenue and Broad Street after lunch. Energy and maritime clients may need a car to Metairie offices along Veterans Memorial Boulevard or across the river on the Westbank.

For a day like that, an hourly charter keeps one car and one chauffeur with the traveler. A sedan is $120 per hour and an SUV $150 per hour, each with a three-hour minimum; an S-Class is $230 per hour for principals and visiting executives. Single trips between two addresses are better booked as point-to-point rides.

Groups, offsites and board dinners

When a team moves together, a Mercedes Sprinter carries up to fourteen people and keeps the group on one schedule. For conference weeks at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, see convention shuttle service.
