Four vehicle classes cover almost every trip in and around New Orleans. The executive sedan is the everyday choice for airport runs and meetings; the S-Class is for principals, VIP guests and wedding couples; the Escalade takes families and small teams with luggage; and the Sprinter moves groups of up to fourteen on one schedule. Every class is available for one-way trips and for hourly bookings with a three-hour minimum.

Size matters more here than in most cities. French Quarter blocks are narrow and often closed to traffic, so a sedan or Escalade can usually reach a closer corner than a Sprinter can. Sprinters load best at hotel entrances and wider streets such as Canal, Poydras and Convention Center Boulevard. For a group of six to eight, two Escalades can be more practical in the Quarter than one van.
Luggage is the other deciding factor. Cruise passengers and festival crews travel heavy; a week of bags for two already fills a sedan trunk. When in doubt, size up, or ask dispatch when you book.
Count passengers and checked bags. Up to three passengers with three bags fit a sedan; up to six with six bags need the Escalade. When the count is close, choose the larger vehicle.
Yes. Every hourly booking has a three-hour minimum: $120 per hour for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $230 for an S-Class and $240 for a Sprinter.
