How route pricing works
A route price is a flat fare for one vehicle, door to door, set by where the trip starts and ends rather than by the minute. The sedan and SUV figures in each row are the starting fares for that pair of places. The drive times are typical ranges; a slow afternoon on I-10 changes how long the ride takes, not what the fare is.
Tell us the pickup, drop-off, passenger count and luggage when you book. Dispatch confirms the vehicle class and the fare before the trip, so the number you agree to is the number on the reservation. Larger groups can ride in the Sprinter, which is quoted the same way.
Airport runs and out-of-town trips
Airport routes start or end at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International in Kenner, west of the city along I-10. They cover the neighborhoods most travelers are heading to, from the French Quarter and the Warehouse District to Uptown, Lakeview and Metairie. Arrivals are matched to the flight, so a late landing does not leave you without a car. Details on terminals and pickup are on the MSY airport page and the airport transfer service page.
Intercity routes run up I-10 west to Baton Rouge or east across the state line to Gulfport. They take well over an hour each way, so they suit a single one-way drop. If you need the car to wait while you attend a meeting or an event, an hourly charter at $120 an hour for a sedan or $150 for an SUV, with a three-hour minimum, is often the better fit.
Need a trip that is not listed? One-way rides anywhere in the service area start at $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV. See point-to-point car service or the full rates page.
