How a quote is put together
Three things set the price: the vehicle class, the distance or hours, and the time of day. Hourly bookings multiply the class rate by the booked hours, with a three-hour minimum. One-way rides start from the floors above and rise with distance. Additional stops, extended waiting and a change of destination after pickup are added to the reservation and shown on the receipt.
There is no surge pricing on festival weekends or during Saints games. The difference on busy dates is availability, not price, so book early for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest and large convention weeks.
Rate questions
Is the hourly minimum the same for every vehicle?
Yes. Every hourly booking has a three-hour minimum, whether it is a sedan, an SUV, an S-Class or a Sprinter.
When is hourly cheaper than one-way rides?
When the day has several stops or waiting in between. As a rule of thumb, more than two stops is usually better booked by the hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled or changed up to twenty-four hours before pickup without penalty. The full policy is on the FAQ page.
Is waiting time charged at the airport?
For MSY arrivals, the first sixty minutes after touchdown carry no waiting charge. After that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate on your reservation.
